Terms of Service — fOffice

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fOffice mobile application (the “App”), provided by FRF Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • fOffice is an internal application for employees and authorized personnel of FRF Tech. Access requires an account provisioned by your organization.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify it-support@frftech.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when your employment or authorization ends.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for legitimate work purposes and in compliance with applicable law and your organization’s policies. You must not:

  • Access data or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including time-off or timesheet records).
  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the App or its backend services.
  • Use the App to transmit malware, or to harvest or misuse other users’ data.
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose non-public information obtained through the App without authorization.

3. Work records and accuracy

  • Time-off requests, timesheets, and profile data you submit must be accurate and truthful.
  • Submission of a request (e.g. time-off) does not guarantee approval; approvals follow your organization’s internal processes.
  • Records created through the App may be used by your organization for HR, payroll, and compliance purposes.

4. Notifications

The App may send push notifications related to your work (e.g. request status updates). You can manage notification permissions in your device settings; disabling them may affect timely delivery of work-related information.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and content, is owned by FRF Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for authorized internal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data. By using the App you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may update the App and require you to install updates for continued use.
  • We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRF Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including upon termination of your employment or authorization, or for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by your organization. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FRF Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
